booknowadmission.com operates as a B2B marketplace designed exclusively for educational consultants and admission partners to connect, collaborate, and explore business opportunities. The platform acts purely as a facilitator for networking and does not participate in or guarantee any admission processes, business transactions, commissions, or outcomes between users. All interactions, negotiations, and agreements take place solely between registered users, and the Company does not assume responsibility for such dealings.

Users of the platform must be at least 18 years of age and are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout their use of the platform. By listing colleges, courses, fees, available seats, or commission structures, users represent and warrant that such information is genuine and not misleading. Any misuse of institutional names, false claims, or fraudulent representations may result in suspension or termination of the account without prior notice.

The platform operates on a paid subscription model, where users are granted access to features upon successful payment of applicable fees. EDUCATEME EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or access conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kollam, Kerala.
